Every such email identifies us and carries a one-click unsubscribe; if you unsubscribe we exclude you permanently. We keep prospect details only while they are relevant and delete them on request. We keep booking data and correspondence for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period.
